Hillsborough NJ Women's Fitness - Workout, Yoga & Pilates Classes

Welcome to Fit 'n Firm, a local women's fitness center located in Hillsborough New Jersey. Our fitness center offers a 30-minute circuit program (PACE), exercise equipment, and yoga, pilates. Zumba and body sculpting classes. Our hours are designed to fit your busy schedule with our fitness center opening at 6:30am Monday through Friday and at 8:00am on Saturday.

We provide a fun, non-intimidating, safe, and motivating atmosphere where you can build a support team, meet new people, and join together in achieving your fitness goals. We offer:

Woman Exercising• Pilates, Zumba & Kickboxing Classes
• Yoga & Exercise Classes
• Body Pump, Bolly Combo
• Bender Balls, PACE Circuit Training
• Personal Trainer available

Every month there are different special events and workshops to encourage and motivate our members. We have a variety of discounts available for both our fitness center and for the exercise classes that we offer.
